Yes. We love to cross train our team members to increase the job assignments that you are eligible to fulfill. You will need to complete both applications. If you are unable to complete the requested information in the Cleaning Partner application (i.e. you do not have cleaning experience but would like to learn) then you will only need to complete the Sanitizing Expert application. We will arrange for your on-the-job training for the cleaning role at a later date.

While the majority of our current positions are 1099, we are actively looking to maintain at least one W2 team member who is cross trained in cleaning and sanitizing. If you are seeking a W2 role, please still apply.

We provide instant payouts via Cash App or Zelle once a job is complete. Any exceptions to this generally policy will be communicated in advance.

Currently, all of our jobs are paid hourly per person. For example, if you and your partner check-in to a Sani360 client site at 10 am and leave at 2:30 pm and your rate is $18/hr, your company will receive a minimum of $162. Formula: Hourly rate x Number of team members dispatched to the job x (Clockout time - Clock in time)

We offer our cleaning partners and sanitizing experts the following bonus opportunities: Referral bonus: 10% of new business generated. Payout is distributed once customer pays for their first service. Performance bonus: We strive for 5 star ratings. To award you for a job well done, we compensate 4 and 5 star ratings. 4 star ratings receive $20 and are awarded once per client. 5 star ratings receive $30 and are awarded each occurrence. Retention bonus: When you help us recover a former client or convert a prospect into a new client, we will award you either a shift premium or flat rate. Amount varies based on the job. All bonuses are subject to change and negotiation.

Hours for most team members vary and are set based on the availability you provide. We ask team members to confirm their desired shifts at the beginning of each month to ensure our clients are able to book services in real time. Due to the nature of our business, there may not be work assignments available each day. Most of our team members rely on Sani360 to supplement their other sources of income.

In keeping with employment law standards, we do not offer our 1099 team members health or other fringe benefits.

All of our cleaning experts are expected to have their own cleaning supplies. We can assist in helping you secure additional supplies via our online store. We can also provide payment upfront for jobs to assist in your cash flow so that you can purchase items you need to service our clients.
